Details Remember, when submitting an eticket about an account inquiry or problem, be sure to include your buyer id and lead company name.

If you submit an eticket for information or to notify us of a problem with your account, please include your buyer id and lead company name with your eticket.

By including this information, you will help speed up the eticket process by not forcing us to lookup your account information.
